- UPDATE: NOW CLOSED Smashburger. If you’re a burger aficionado, you’re going to love this twist on the classic. These burgers are made from fresh, never frozen 100% Certified Angus Beef® that’s smashed, seasoned, and seared on the grill. They’re juicy and flavorful. Served on a butter-toasted artisan bun and your choice of quality cheeses, toppings and sauces. Try them with a side of fries, veggie frites, sweet potato fries, or haystack onions.
- Nori. Sushi Cravings? Nori Sushi Bistro serves up traditional Japanese recipes and seriously fresh sushi. UPDATE: NOW CLOSED Ooh La La Dessert Boutique. You’ll seriously love the fresh, made-from-scratch desserts, including award-winning cupcakes, cakes, pies, cookies and more. It’s all carefully crafted by pastry chef and native Texan Vanessa O’Donnell. This 3,000-square-foot bakery is complete with a wraparound patio, milkshake bar and locally sourced gelato. There’s also heavenly confections and comforting coffee drinks readily available. The best part about Ooh La La, you can enjoy desserts seven days a week!
The Creamistry. This incredibly delicious ice cream is made with both art and science in mind. Server Creamologists specialize in using liquid nitrogen to prepare customized, handcrafted ice cream right before your eyes. This makes a visit to The Creamistry a fascinating experience. Is it safe? Liquid nitrogen is -321 degrees Fahrenheit. Once it comes in contact with air, it rapidly starts to evaporate. Within seconds, the liquid nitrogen has vanished and you’re left with the freshest, creamiest, most indulgent ice cream.
