The Core Method and LabFormer equipment were developed to provide an intense full body workout in just 50 minutes. At The Core Lab, their specially trained instructors make you burn, sweat, and shake your way to a stronger body.

Offering low impact, high intensity workout targets slow twitch muscle fibers and intertwines the cardio elements necessary to achieve real results. Physical fitness is made up of five basic elements: Cardio, Strength, Endurance, Body Composition, and Flexibility. The Core Method meets all the elements to physical fitness.

Is this Pilates? It is… and it isn’t. While The Core Method and LabFormer utilize some elements of Pilates, this is a much higher intensity workout intertwining cardiovascular elements and focusing on strength and muscular endurance training.
